WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Coaching has always been a vital skill in any organization. In today’s work environment, it is especially important for professionals to mentor and coach professional colleagues as effectively as possible. Experience has shown that if the skills of training are not focused in coherent ways, loss of production will be detrimental (very high). As such the art of appraising employees and counselling the processes is vital in the long-term implications of an organization.
