Overview:
We all know that training can contribute to many positive benefits, but sometimes it can be hard to show that the benefits are worth the financial investment of trainings. Some topics, such as sales training or time management, will yield direct, measurable results. Other topics, such as communication or leadership, may produce benefits that are not easily calculated with a dollar value.
The Measuring Training ROI workshop will help participants learn about the different ways to evaluate training progress and use those results to demonstrate the effectiveness of particular trainings.

About the Trainer - Mr. Nahed Khairallah:
Nahed brings more than 10 years of experience in business management, HR, corporate training, and higher education. He is the lead instructional designer and trainer for all HR and management training courses at Dynamic Recruit. Nahed has delivered training throughout the GCC across multiple industries in both English and Arabic.
As a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and experienced HR consultant, Nahed has helped numerous companies to develop metrics and analytical tools to measure the return on investment (ROI) of training initiatives.
When he's not training, Nahed is busy running Dynamic Recruit and working on consultancy projects for our Middle Eastern and African clients.
