Qi Juice & Wellness Bar Opening Week
Qi Juice & Wellness Bar Opening Week
We're excited to let you know about the opening of Qi Juice & Wellness Bar in Badaro!
Our first outlet is about more than juice and smoothies. It's a place that takes a holistic approach to beauty, wellness and longevity.
We don't believe in counting calories, but we do believe in the healing power of food! We say NO to nasty additives and highly processed ingredients, and YES to clean produce, healthy fats, nourishing your cells, supporting your adrenals and feeding your body with nutrient-dense, real food.
We are happy to be part of the health and wellness community in Beirut, bringing in experts and sharing their knowledge through a series of workshops that support our quest to live better.
Our opening week of workshops will be FREE to the public, but places are limited.

More info on the trainers and workshops:
Maha Majzoub is a certified nutritional therapy practitioner whose research focuses on gut health and chronic illness. In this workshop, she will be sharing simple ways for restoring harmony to hormones through the right foods. If you've ever battled with such things as water retention, mood swings, weight gain, fatigue and difficult PMS, this workshop may greatly interest you.
Caleen's kitchen came about from a passion to make healthy food that tickled the palate and teased the senses. Having two children and having studied holistic health (with inn) impelled Caleen Ladki to explore new tastes and create nutritious recipes from scratch. She is an instinctive cook, very mindful of what we put into our bodies, but also due to her artistic background, aware of the aesthetic appeal of food to encourage people of all ages to eat well. Her workshop will introduce fun ways to teach kids to eat well, help them become food detectives, and get them excited about nutrition. Caleen's premise is that by inviting and encouraging kids to participate in the cooking process, you create the patterns that teach them to enjoy healthy food and develop habits that will see them through life.
Tracy Assaad is a passionate Health Coach with a practice rooted in the philosophy of integrated holistic and sustainable living. She demonstrates how a healthy lifestyle can be maintained not solely through nutrition, but also by understanding the connection between body, mind and soul. During the workshop "You say CRAVINGS, your body says CHANGE " Tracy will guide you step-by-step through the process of deconstructing your cravings, exploring what you truly crave in life and then provide you with the right tools and support to live mindfully. This workshop is about mindset, spirituality, pleasure, balance and so much more (oh and did we mention a fun cooking class?)
Hana Alireza is the creator of Qi Juices and a passionate advocate of natural and healthy living. She discovered the benefits of clean eating and cold-pressed juice 15 years ago, whilst living in NYC and eventually created Qi Juices, the first and only organic certified cold-press juice company in Lebanon. She works with nutritional health practitioners, chefs, and therapists to bring the best knowledge to her health and wellness bar. Her workshop on Saturday; "Good Skin Starts Within" will talk about how our skin can benefit from juicing, what ingredients to look for, and how to address skin concerns such as acne, dullness, and aging. Hana has personally seen what juicing can do for skin health and is excited to share some recipes with you.
